The Briefing is a standalone market research report for a single function or role type. It gives you a clear picture of the Philippine senior talent landscape — who is available, what they expect, and what the market looks like — before you commit to a full search.
What you receive: A Talent Intelligence Report containing a market overview, 5–8 anonymized senior candidate profiles, current salary benchmarks, and sourcing strategy notes for your target role and seniority tier.

Sourcing Advisory Engagement
The core product. Full-cycle research with live candidate access.
A complete research engagement delivering 3–5 fully consented senior candidate profiles with structured advisory context. Every candidate has participated in a career consultation, completed a written consent form, and been assessed for fit against your specific mandate. This is not a volume shortlist — it is a curated intelligence output.
Pricing is tiered by seniority because the depth of research, passive candidate engagement, and time-to-source differ materially across levels.
What you receive: A full Talent Intelligence Report — executive market brief, compensation benchmarks, 3–5 structured candidate profiles (each backed by a signed Candidate Profile Consent Form), sourcing advisory notes, and a live Advisory Briefing call with Q&A and recommended engagement strategy.
Advisory Engagement Fee by Seniority:
- C-Suite / Country Head / GM: USD 7,500 – 14,000
- Manager / Senior IC: USD 2,500 – 4,500
- Director / VP: USD 4,500 – 7,500
Payment: 50% on agreement execution; 50% on report delivery

Strategic Impact Bonus (optional): If you independently choose to engage a profiled candidate within 60 days of report delivery, a discretionary Strategic Impact Bonus of 8 – 12% of the candidate’s agreed first-year base salary may be acknowledged. This is a client-discretion acknowledgment — not a placement fee, not a contingency, and non-payment does not constitute a breach of any agreement.
Sourcing Advisory Retainer
For clients with recurring or concurrent senior hiring needs.
The Retainer gives you ongoing, priority access to VANTAEL’s research capability across multiple active mandates. Designed for growth-stage SaaS companies scaling multiple roles simultaneously, FinTech firms with recurring compliance and leadership hiring, and IT-BPM operations expanding their senior layer.
Monthly Retainer Fee:
- USD 2,500/month — up to 4 active mandates
- USD 1,500/month — up to 2 active mandates
Per-Report Delivery Fee: USD 800 – 1,500 per completed Talent Intelligence Report Payment: Retainer invoiced monthly in advance; per-report fee invoiced on delivery Cancellation: 30 days written notice required
The Strategic Impact Bonus structure from Tier 2 applies per role delivered under the Retainer.
What Working With VANTAEL Looks Like
The process is designed to keep you informed without consuming your time at every stage. You engage at three points. VANTAEL conducts the research in between.
First: Define the Mandate
Before any research begins, VANTAEL co-authors a Role Intelligence Brief with you. This is not a job description. It is a structured research specification — covering target function, seniority tier, industry context, compensation parameters, competitor organizations to target, and the specific characteristics that separate the right hire from a credentialed near-miss.
This step exists because the most common reason a search fails is scope failure, not sourcing failure. The client and advisor had different definitions of the target. The Role Intelligence Brief closes that gap before it costs either party time or money.
Once the Brief is finalized, a Talent Sourcing Advisory Agreement is executed and the 50% upfront Advisory Engagement Fee is confirmed. Research does not begin until both are in place.
Second: Research and Outreach
With the mandate defined, VANTAEL maps the market. This includes competitor org-chart research, talent density analysis by function and seniority, and identification of a long-list of 10–20 target professionals who match the profile — none of whom are actively job-seeking.
VANTAEL reaches each candidate through direct, personalized outreach framed as a career intelligence conversation. Those who engage are assessed for fit across competency, motivation, compensation expectations, and availability. Candidates who meet the threshold are invited to complete a written Candidate Profile Consent Form before their information is included in any deliverable.
You will not see a single profile in your report that has not been assessed, qualified, and consented.
Third: Report Delivery and Advisory Briefing
VANTAEL compiles the Talent Intelligence Report and reviews it against a 10-point pre-delivery quality checklist before it reaches you. The report includes the executive market brief, compensation benchmarks, 3–5 structured candidate profiles with assessment notes, and VANTAEL’s recommended engagement approach for each candidate.
Delivery is followed by a live Advisory Briefing — a working session covering findings, candidate dynamics, and how to approach each profiled professional effectively. You walk away knowing not just who is in the report, but how to engage them.
The remaining 50% Advisory Engagement Fee is invoiced on report delivery.

Every Profile Is Consented. Every Time.
Every candidate profile in a VANTAEL Talent Intelligence Report is supported by a signed digital Candidate Profile Consent Form. No profile appears in any report without it. VANTAEL is registered as a Personal Information Controller with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines under Republic Act No. 10173 — and candidate data is handled accordingly.
This is not boilerplate compliance. It means the candidates in your report know they are being considered, have voluntarily participated, and are genuinely available for a conversation. That changes the quality of every first contact you make.
