You Are Not Looking. That Is Precisely Why We Are Here.
VANTAEL does not post jobs or manage applications. We conduct talent market research on behalf of international companies building senior Philippine-based teams — and we work exclusively with professionals who are already placed, already successful, and not actively seeking a change.
If VANTAEL has reached out to you, it is because your profile matched an active research mandate. If you found us on your own, read on — there may be a mandate that fits.
This Is Not a Recruitment Call
Most professional approaches from recruiters follow a predictable pattern: a role exists, they need to fill it, they want your CV, and the conversation ends if you are not immediately available. The incentive on their side is transactional. The value to you is conditional on whether you are ready to move right now.
VANTAEL works differently — and the difference matters for senior professionals who have no intention of entertaining an approach unless there is a real reason to.
What VANTAEL actually does:
VANTAEL is engaged by international companies — primarily headquartered in the United States, Australia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom — to conduct Talent Market Intelligence research for senior roles in the Philippines. Our deliverable to those clients is a structured Talent Intelligence Report, not a shortlist of active applicants.
When VANTAEL contacts you, it is an invitation to a career consultation — a 20 to 30 minute conversation about your professional motivations, compensation expectations, and how international companies are approaching your function. It is not a job interview. It carries no obligation.
What this means for you:
A conversation with VANTAEL gives you something most recruiter calls do not: actual market intelligence. You will learn what international growth-stage companies are budgeting for roles at your level, how they are thinking about the Philippine senior talent market, and where your profile sits relative to what they are looking for. That information has value whether or not you ever express interest in a specific mandate.
You are always in control:
Nothing moves without your explicit written consent. VANTAEL will never include your profile in any report without a signed Candidate Profile Consent Form. You can decline at any point, withdraw at any point before a report is delivered, and request deletion of your data at any time. Declining has no consequence — including on your ability to engage with VANTAEL in the future.
Your Current Employer Will Never Know
For senior professionals, the risk of engaging with any external party is not hypothetical. A leak reaches your manager. A careless recruiter names you to a client before you have given consent. The signal gets out that you are looking, and the dynamic at your current organization shifts — whether or not anything ever comes of it.
VANTAEL’s discretion is not a policy statement. It is built into how every engagement is structured.
Your name and profile are never shared without your written consent.
Before any client receives your professional information, you must complete a digital Candidate Profile Consent Form. This form authorizes VANTAEL to share your profile with one specific, undisclosed client — and no one else. There is no bulk distribution, no profile circulation across mandates, no use of your information beyond the engagement you have explicitly consented to.
The client’s identity is not disclosed to you — and your identity is not disclosed to the client without your consent.
VANTAEL maintains strict confidentiality in both directions. No client will receive your name before you have been notified and consented to profile inclusion.
VANTAEL will never contact your current employer.
At no stage of the advisory process does VANTAEL contact, reference, or in any way involve your current organization. If you decline to proceed, that conversation ends with VANTAEL. Nowhere else.
Your data is protected under Philippine law.
VANTAEL is registered as a Personal Information Controller with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines under Republic Act No. 10173. Your data is retained for a maximum of two years from the date of initial consent, and you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal at any time by contacting privacy@vantaelsearch.com.
One more thing: VANTAEL does not charge candidates — ever. No consultation fee. No database registration fee. No fee of any kind at any stage. If anyone claiming to be VANTAEL asks you for payment, contact us immediately. That is not us.
Why Senior Professionals Engage — Even When They Are Not Leaving
The majority of professionals VANTAEL speaks with are not actively looking for a new role. Most stay in the conversation anyway. Here is why.
You learn where your compensation actually stands.
Most senior professionals in the Philippines know their current package. Few have a clear picture of what international companies are paying for comparable roles, or how those benchmarks have shifted since 2022. VANTAEL’s reports are built on current salary data sourced from multiple independent market references. A conversation with VANTAEL gives you access to that context — relevant whether you move or stay.
You understand how international companies think about your function.
How a US SaaS company defines “VP Engineering” and how a Philippine organization defines that same title are often very different in scope, accountability, and growth trajectory. Understanding the gap — or the fit — is useful regardless of what you decide to do with it.
You get a read on the market without putting yourself in it.
Engaging with VANTAEL is not the same as sending your CV to a recruiter. There is no trail, no application, no indication to the market that you are available. You can explore, understand, and decide — entirely on your terms, with full information, and with the ability to stop at any point.
If the fit is right, you are positioned well.
International companies building senior Philippine-based teams face a structural challenge: the best candidates are already placed and not reachable through any conventional channel. If your profile aligns with an active mandate and you consent to be included in the Talent Intelligence Report, you are in front of a decision-maker who has been specifically briefed on why your profile is relevant — not one who received your CV through an applicant queue.
Four Steps. No Surprises.
Every interaction with VANTAEL follows the same defined sequence. Nothing moves without your knowledge and consent at each stage.
Step 1 — Career Consultation
A 20 to 30 minute call with VANTAEL. This is a market intelligence conversation, not a screening interview. VANTAEL will ask about your career background, what motivates you professionally, your compensation expectations, and your current availability. You are under no obligation to share anything you are not comfortable sharing, and this call alone does not commit you to anything.
Step 2 — Consent Invitation
If your profile aligns with an active advisory mandate and you are open to being considered, VANTAEL will invite you to complete a digital Candidate Profile Consent Form. This form is mandatory before your information is included in any report — and it is entirely your decision whether to complete it.
The form confirms: your profile will be shared with one specific, undisclosed client only; your personal data will be handled per RA 10173; you may withdraw at any time before the report is delivered; and your profile will be retained for up to two years unless you request deletion earlier.
Step 3 — Profile Compilation
If you consent, VANTAEL compiles your professional profile — current title, career background, key competencies, motivation factors, compensation expectations, and availability — and includes it in the Talent Intelligence Report delivered to the client. You review and confirm the profile before it is finalized.
Step 4 — Outcome Notification
If you consented but were not included in the final report, VANTAEL will notify you by email and confirm the status of your data. If the client independently chooses to contact you following receipt of the report, that conversation is directly between you and them. VANTAEL is not a party to any employment discussion or offer.
Current Research Mandates
VANTAEL is currently conducting talent intelligence research for the following profile types on behalf of our clients. We publish these mandates so qualified senior professionals can register in our Talent Database. If your background aligns with an active mandate, VANTAEL may reach out to invite you to a career consultation — subject to your consent and a separate Candidate Profile Consent Form.
Register Your Profile
Registering in the VANTAEL Talent Database is not a job application. It is an indication that you are open to a conversation — and that you want that conversation handled with the discretion and seriousness it deserves.
Your profile is not shared with any client without your explicit written consent, obtained separately through the Candidate Profile Consent Form at the point of an active mandate match. If your background aligns with a current or future advisory mandate, VANTAEL will reach out. If there is no current match, your profile remains in the database — subject to your consent to retain it — until a relevant mandate becomes active.
