We are sourcing Node.js / NestJS developers for an active client pipeline. Clients are primarily SMEs and startups based in Australia, Singapore, the US, UK, and other international markets.

What Clients Are Looking For

  • Solid Node.js fundamentals with NestJS as the primary framework.
  • Modular, typed backend architecture (TypeScript).
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience — containerizing services and managing orchestration is valued at a premium.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build modular backend services using NestJS.
  • Write clean, testable, typed server-side code in TypeScript.
  • Integrate with client-side applications and third-party services/APIs.
  • Collaborate directly with the client’s engineering team.
  • Containerize services with Docker and manage deployment/orchestration with Kubernetes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional, paid experience with Node.js.
  • Working proficiency with NestJS and TypeScript
  • A reviewable live portfolio link — required to apply.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to overlap with client working hours.
  • English proficiency sufficient for direct client communication

Nice to Have

  • Docker / Kubernetes in production.
  • Experience with Angular or React front-ends in a full-stack capacity.
  • Prior remote/freelance experience with international clients.
