We are sourcing Webflow developers for an active client pipeline. Clients are primarily SMEs and startups based in Australia, Singapore, the US, UK, and other international markets.

What Clients Are Looking For

  • Strong Webflow build skills beyond visual-only design.
  • GSAP (GreenSock) for animation and motion.
  • Client-First method for clean, scalable CMS structure.
  • Finsweet Attributes for advanced no-code functionality

Responsibilities

  • Design and build responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow.
  • Implement animations and interactions using GSAP.
  • Structure CMS collections and components following the Client-First method.
  • Extend site functionality using Finsweet Attributes.
  • Collaborate directly with the client’s marketing/product team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional, paid experience building in Webflow
  • A reviewable portfolio of live Webflow sites — required to apply.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to overlap with client working hours.
  • English proficiency sufficient for direct client communication

Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated GSAP animation work.
  • Client-First method experience.
  • Finsweet Attributes implementation experience.
  • Prior remote/freelance experience with international clients
